Dan Jennings serves as a Partner with the Executive Search business unit with Curative. Curative is a leading healthcare and executive search firm, (em)powered by the tech firm Doximity. As the search arm of the world’s largest and fastest-growing professional medical network, technology is embedded in everything we do. We are using a tech lens to re-envision and re-engineer the healthcare and leadership search delivery model.
Mr. Jennings has been in the healthcare search industry for over 16 years, during which time he has assisted numerous academic and children’s hospitals on significant leadership search projects. These projects include a variety of senior faculty positions as well as leadership and executive searches.
As a recognized leader and expert in the field, Mr. Jennings has been interviewed and provided information for a number of publications. He has been the Vice President of recruiting for a large, retained physician recruitment firm as well as a Director of Academic Recruiting with focus on academic leadership search at another large national firm. He brings a strong history of recruitment with senior leadership and search committees, market knowledge, and a client-first philosophy to the team.
Mr. Jennings is a graduate of Fairfield University in Connecticut. He currently lives in the suburbs of Atlanta with his wife and three children. He is active in church and activities with his children. He is an active member of ACHE, serving on both the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Membership Committee with GAHE (Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives).
