Arthur S. Cooper — President

As President, Arthur leads Curative Executive Search. He credits his service and experience in the Marine Corps with his belief that everything is possible, personally and professionally, through hard work and determination to help others. “Curative Executive Search will specialize and focus on the placement of clinical executives at all levels, which will improve care. Our revolutionary approach in this industry is because of our unique access to the Doximity network.”

Before Doximity acquired THMED in April of 2020, Arthur served as Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of three of THMED’s brands, Fidelis Partners, THMED Executive Search, and Allied Staffing Network. In addition, he served as Managing Partner and Board Member of THMED. With over two decades of experience in the staffing industry, Arthur has parlayed his background to become a driving force in healthcare recruitment and propelled the THMED to become healthcare industry leaders. His dedication and leadership led the startup to achieve over $40 million in sales and employ nearly 200 workers before the acquisition. Arthur has been consistently recognized for his business acumen, emotional intelligence, and personal integrity.

Mr. Cooper is committed to serving his community. As a Marine, he served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm, earning various commendations to include two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, during his four years of service. Mr. Cooper also maintains an active membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has held various volunteer leadership positions that include Elders Quorum President and serving on the High Council. Now, that same sense of obligation to the broader community has led him to become a Mentor with the Health Wildcatters assisting startups and Investor and Board Member of AfroLandTV, creating opportunities for black directors. He also serves on the Social Enterprise Committee for 29 Acres that helps children with autism, a cause near and dear to his heart as he supports his youngest son, who is autistic.

Arthur resides in Lucas, TX with his wife of more than 20 years and their four children, ages 8 to 19. Outside of work, Arthur enjoys playing golf, coaching his children's sports teams, fishing, and spending time with his family at the lake.
