Ms. Meshnick has a decade of HR and Recruiting experience, with 4 years in healthcare recruitment, specifically Academic and Executive search. She has partnered with hospitals of all shapes and sizes, assisting with roles from front line clinical providers to the C-Suite. She has managed multi-search recruitments, helping clients with more than one leadership need simultaneously.
Allison notes that “I am passionate about helping hospitals navigate the recruitment landscape.” It is her belief that genuine curiosity and communication are the key to success in both recruitment and life.
Ms. Meshnick is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst where she earned both a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration. Additionally, she recently obtained her SHRM-CP certification, bringing an extra layer of HR expertise to her client partners.
She currently lives in Dallas-Fort Worth with her two dogs, Hudson and Emmett. An animal lover, she is active in equine and canine sports as well as a local dog rescue.
