Roberta Alessi comes to Curative with decades of leadership experience in premier pediatric academic medical centers much spent in operations, program development, building internal and external relations, and leadership recruiting. “I can relate with hospital executives because I was in their shoes. Dan Jennings is an industry leader with over 15 years of experience. Steve comes to Curative with over a decade of hospital C-Suite experience and another decade working as a healthcare consultant. Much of that consulting time was spent assisting hospitals to work with recruitment firms in identifying physician candidates and crafting offers. "I can identify with the hospital client because I was that client. I know what is needed, the potential pitfalls, and how to structure deals. I bring that unique experience and perspective to each search."
